By using TextToCursive you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and written in plain English.
The Service
TextToCursive provides free browser-based tools: a text to cursive converter, a bold cursive text generator, a cursive worksheet generator and a Russian cursive generator. The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Your Content and Output
You retain full ownership of the text you enter and of the images (PNGs) and worksheets you generate, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. The cursive fonts used in previews are open-licensed (SIL Open Font License or equivalent Google Fonts licenses); their licenses govern the font files themselves, not your output.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the tools to create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing, and not to attempt to disrupt the site (for example by automated scraping that degrades the service for others).
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep Unicode mappings and font rendering accurate, but we do not guarantee error-free output or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextToCursive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including, for example, styled Unicode text displaying as boxes on a recipient's device (a known, documented limitation of the Unicode standard).

Changes and Contact
